Question for The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker

Where do I find the power to lift the rocks with the faces and the triumph forks,? Oh and where can I find all the fish tips?

For the fish tips you have to go find the fish and when you find it use All Purpose Bait. To get the power go to Dragon Roost and head South from there. Watch to the right as you go and when you see a firey mountain, go towards it. Use an ice arrow (to get warp to Mother and Child Isles) and shoot the center of if. Now find your way to the center, drop down the hole, and get to the treasure chest before time runs out.

First off, it's Triforce, not truimph forks. Here's what you have to do:
1. Get all purpose bait from beetle's shop ship.
2. The fish will speak of islands and how to get there. Some of them anyway. Go to the island that is a volcano and near Dragon Roost Island.
3. Once you find it, memorize it for a moment while going to Mother and Child Isles by tornado. You will be awarded the fire and ice arrows.
4. Use the ice arrow to stop the lava and completely shatter it, which awed me. Once you've done that, head inside and get the power bracelet, a returning item from Four Swords Adventures.
5. Go to wherever the giant face-shaped rocks are, and you can now lift them. Behind them is usually a hidden triforce map, or chart. Go to the area it indicates, and find a ring of light. Use your Grapling Hook to fish around in the ocean. Eventually, you should find a piece of the triforce of courage. There are eight to collect.
P.S. I wonder how LOZ: Skyward Sword is going to be.
