AHHHHHH cant find the triforce shards

Ok, so I have the IN-credible chart and tingle has read ALL of my charts. I just can't find the shards located on outset islan, cliff plataeu isle and Gale isle. Whenever I go to the located spot, there is no light beaming out of the water. Where are they located EXACTLY. Please answer my question with detail, thank you!!!

Use the deciphered charts as your guide to the Triforce Shards. Best way to set it up: As you're sailing, hit up on the D-pad. Switch to the charts and find the respectable chart for that area. Then exit out of it. As you get close, just hit up again and it should be all set up and show you how close you are to the spot. Hope this helps!

Here's a warning gale isle there's a bomb ship cliff plateau there are sharks so be careful
