Rock Heads

How do you lift up or destroy the big rock head things?I've been searchin' the enitire ocean 4 like 6 months!!!!! PLZ HELP ME!!!!!Than you for your time plz answer specefecally.-scorpio_dude

You have to get the power bracelet (or something to that effect) which is either located on the island covered completely in ice or the one on fire. You need either the fire arrows or the ice arrows to get it though. (sorry it's been a while since I did it).

If you have the Ballad of Gales, play it, Teleport to Mother & Child Isles and you'll get the Fire and Ice Arrows. Now go to Fire Mountain, use the Ice Arrows to freeze the lava coming from the Volcano, enter it and get the Power Bracelets - next, go to Ice Ring Isle and inside it you'll earn the Iron Boots. Following that, you need to go to Headstone Island, use your Power Bracelets to lift and throw the huge rock - inside you'll learn the Earth God's Lyric for the Earth Temple. You'll also need to go to Gale Isle, put on the Iron Boots to get inside and learn the Wind God's Aria for the Wind Temple. Lastly, go to Dragon Roost Island, find Medli at the top of the Island, play her the Earth God's Lyric and take her to the Earth Temple on Headstone Island. When you beat the Temple, go to Forest Haven, find Makar under the Waterfall, play him the Wind God's Aria and take him to the Wind Temple on Gale Isle.
