I have looked every where in tattala forest I can't find him can someone hlep me

Have you beaten him on the first time? If so then he should be towards the end of the forest, the bushes are covering a certain area on your right. Use the light from the ring to remove it then you can fight him; he also has 66,666 hp so watch out.
