There is a recipie in every town except for four one is beef stew which you get by going to meltokio after you get the derris emblem and talk to the wonder chef as regal by doing this you will also get regal's second costume to get the other three I mentioned you have to master all of recipes and then talk to the chefs (not the wonder chef just normal chefs) in the two houses of guidance and the chef in asgard near the windmill.
