Just give the right amounts, never give more than what is necessary as any excess of Gald is just lost, only one stage is build each time, after you give the Gald, leave and come back later to see the changes in the town....

The total cost of rebuilding Luin is a little over 480,000 Gald. Here are the amounts that you need to give in their proper order:
5,000; 12,000; 21,500; 15,000; 20,000; 25,000; 35,000; 40,000; 45,000; 50,000; 75,000; 100,000; 5,000; 5,000; 5,000.
You'l'l need to leave and re-enter Luin in between payments, or they won't count.
After you rebuild Luin, you can complete the Aifread and Lyla sidequest and also view an extra scene with Kratos and Lloyd if you have him in your final party.
