How do you get genis in over-limit mode faster? I get hit with like 2oo hit points and still nothing

I've caught the pope, and I arrived at SE Abby. But I can't go up to the second floor.
Just keep him geting hit all the while and overlimit will come on eventually
When you are in overlimit with genis you can use indignation to do a move that makes if more powerful but I forgot what it's called, sorry.
