Date of Question: May 22 2005 | Question ID: 28791 How do you get different clothes for the characters? I've seen lots of screen shots where they have different clothes. I would also like to know how do you get Genis to learn techs like flame lance and aqua laser the only mid attacks he can learn are spread etc how do you learn aqua laser? |
I have found the best website for Tales of Symphonia and all sorts of other games, go to www.lunabean.com it has all sorts of stuff on games it has the most thorow walththroughs I have ever seen and it has a section on how you can get your characters new outfits and wepons. You should check it out, it is a great website!!!!!

You get Genis to learn techs like Flame Lance and Aqua Laser by switching him to "S" Type. You can switch Genis to "S" Type by going under his Ex-Skills. Highlight one of his Ex-Skills. Do you see near the bottom right-hand corner where it says "T Type" or "S Type"? Here's what you need to do:
-You need to make the majority of Genis' Ex-Skills on "S" Type. If you have more "S" Type Ex-Skills than "T" Type ones, then Genis will eventually switch over to "S" Type. -After you have switched Genis' Ex-Skills to "S" Type, you need to fight a LOT of battles. Genis will eventually switch from T to S Type!
