I beat the wind seal and I went through the campfire part and walked to Luin but Luin isn't distroyed yet So I cannot progress the story can someone tell me how to get Luin attacked?

You've been to Asgard and beaten the boss? You have been to the Balacruf Mausoleam?
If the answer is yes I'm sure it should be destroyed. If you haven't done all stock up and get those things done, that should fix your problem.
