Ok so I restored Luin and found Aifread. MY problem is that I bought the boat from him and he left, after that I left Luin, came back and the guide I was reading said that he would be there again but he's not. Then I checked hima and izoold but hes not there either. I've tried several times going in and out of Luin but he never shows up, what do I do?
