Question for Super Mario Sunshine
I have two questions to ask so here they are,
1. I have 30 shines, but I do not see shadow mario?
2. How do you get into the pipe the pineapple is in?

i have an answer for your second question.
At some point in the game the DEBS report will tell you that someone found a lone yoshi egg on a local roof top. look on top of the roof tops and feed yoshi the fruit after that just go on to the roof where the pineapple is and make yoshi eat it!!!!

Do you have yoshi?
If not then complete level 4 of Pinna park to get Yoshi from Shadow Mario. Then when you come back from another level, he should be there with the new nozzle.
Use Yoshi to eat the pineapple and therefore get to sirena beach.

For your 2 qustion you need yoshy to eat the pine apple since he eats fruits ofcours
