How do you get the Turbo Nozzle sitting up on top of the Harbor buildings in Ricco Harbor? I've got all the Shines there.

Well - you can either use the sewers or you can do a side step jump and hover over on to the edges of some of the lower buildings and then climb up!
Whoops - I thought you were wondering how to get up there - duh!
To UNLOCK the Turbo Nozzle - go to Episode 8: Yoshi's Fruit Adventure. Look for the SOLID Gray Box in the Level to be able to use the Turbo Nozzle in the other Ricco Harbour Episodes like any other Level. I'm pretty sure you can find it somewhere along the red rails up high in the centre of the Level.

Go to the boat that has the black steam stack and it is down on the floor on LEVEL 8
