Why wont delfino plaza flood? No matter how many shines I get it wont flood. I have defeted shadow mario in every level and it still wont flood. Im starting to think my game is glitched becase it wont flood. I was thinking I had to get more shines but it still wont work I have 85 shines please help.

I like how you're so bent on making Delfino Plaza flood, like you want to make everyone drown. Hahahahahaha. I just bought the game again, so if I find out anything, I'll tell you, but I don't think Delfino Plaza is supposed to flood...
