Before you can enter an Action Replay code, you must by an "Action Replay". This is an electronical deveice (you can buy them at Best Buy or other electronic stores) and then insert in the Action Replay and the game inside the slot in the Action Replay. Open your game console and then Action Replay will show up. You can enter codes or select the cheats you want and then have fun! (I myself have never used one, but I have read a lot about them. If this does not help, just go onto ask.com or google and search "Action Replay" or something of that sort.) I think the Action Replay is about $24.99?
