How do I complete the wheel at pinta park? PLZZZZZZZ HELP!

First, go to the back of the ferris wheel (go to the left as soon as you enter and keep going around). Then, work your way up the grates or wires (if you need help getting up, sorry, I can't help) until you get to the top. There will be an "electro-turtle" on a grate or wire by itself. Kill it and the ferris wheel will slow down. A Shine Sprite will appear on a platform at the top of the ferris wheel. Ride the ferris wheel up and get the Shine.

I think you're doing Episode 5: The Runaway Ferris Wheel. There's a little maze behind the Ferris Wheel past the pond by the beach that you need to get to the top of - that'll help you get this Shine and finish the Episode!
