First you dodge the lasers, and when you see eggman right in front of you, use homing attack. it should take away life, keep doing the first part. then he'll put three knobs in front of you.
Homing attack all three knobs, then attack eggman.
Do all the other stuff and then he will shoot tops at you. either them dodging the tops, you jump on them and they will take you back to eggman so you can attack him.
But he sent the egg viper to do a last attack and smash the panel you are on.
After that you've won.

It was a multi-time try for me,but i can help you.The first Eggman Attack he will use is easy to know and pass.He says,"Muhahahah!Try THIS,Sonic!"That is where you Homeing Attack him.Land on the next platform(I think)(It may take a few lives,but it works).The next 2-3 times,Eggman will go back,so Homeing Attack his three tails and attack him.Now,I think you land on the platform.He will try to laser the platform to make it fall,so this part is tricky.Eggman will try to laser you off(and I think he will bomb you,I'm not sure).After you set him on a explosion end,the 'Red Guide' will say he has one last trick up his sleeve.Just move around to the end,for he will attack the middle of the platform.That will be the end of Eggman's final Sonic Boss Battle.FOR NOW...
