How do you catch froggy on Sonic Adventure DX?

<BR>He goes for the bait but he always lets go before you can reel him in.

Your gonna have to swing the pole back, forth, left, and right and to do this use the control stick to swing the bait which will relive pressure on the line.whatc out for the line meter!

If it goes into the red it means your close to losing the line and youll have to start again! If you keep it the same by swinging the line with the control stick youll be able to catch froggy!

Im having the same problem with it. Froggy bites on it or nibbles it I should say, then swims away, I tap x and he nibbles again but swims away. Jerkin the rod either way doesnt help. I think the guy means how do we get froggy to bite the freakin lure.

Mission C: Catch Froggy
Although it seems simple, it may take you a few tries.
To cast: stand still and press B to make a cursor appear.
Let go of the button to cast.

When a fish or froggy is biting, press down on the control
Stick to hook them, and hold A to reel them in. Watch the
Pressure meter: If it gets too high, let go of the A button
Until it get's down. If you don't, you will lose a life.
Catch Froggy to end the level.

Try to catch the metal fish. Another tip is that you can catch
As many fish as you like, but as long as one of those fish was 2000g,
Then you are fine.

First make sure he nibbles on it and when he does move the line and he should get stuck in hook and you can real it in hope it helps

I tried this twice and it worked both time.....you need wait till he nibbles it the at the same time wiggle the rod AND reel it in...the it will say hit and simply do what you do with the other fish....I needed help with it too and saw this stuff.....anyway I hope this helps you! You need to pull down on the control stick to hook him when he goes for the bait.
