Date of Question: Sep 24 2008 | Question ID: 129985 On the mission where you either destroy all the black aliens (I believe there are 30 something), get the chaos emerald, or destroy the president's escape pod, what attack/item do you have to use to destroy the escape pod? I just can't seem to figure it out and I need only to complete the pure evil endings to unlock the final ending, and I need to do the evil mission to get to where I can complete those endings. Please answer if you know how. |

During this mission,you always want to take the path with GUN robots. Always try to get the guns with 30 bullets but if you beat the whole thing and have the Shadow Rifle,use that instead. Using the Shadow Rifle can do some killer damage that will destroy the escape pod within at least 12 hits. If you use Chaos Blast,it won't always hit even though it does less than adequate damage. Turrets do some good damage so try to use that whenever possible.
Side Note:If you have The Ark Stage,just complete the Dark mission and you will get to the Pure Evil stage quickly.

When you get it on the path that has GUN robots, keep following it and keep firing. Remember, when your in Chaos Control or Chaos Blast mode, if you haven't used them, you can shoot without using a single bullet. Use that to your advantage. Try not to use Chaos Blast, because it probably won't hit. The pod will just keep moving, out of range. Also, try to pick up really good guns (ones that hold 30 bullets per magazine are great and abundant), and finally, use turrets when you can. Those are very powerful.

Any Weapon just keep attacking like nuts. It should soon be destroyed.
