Give me a REAL answer this time. Simply stating that there are scenes of Shadow's creation isn't good enough at all.
Anyway, why would he want to kill the Doctor after finding out he's (supposedly) an android?

Very well then, the story states that Shadow wants revenge at the doctor. As you may have done, there are several missions where you work for him. The story will tell more clearly than I do, so I suggest you play through the game
