You can't do that, I'm afraid. You can, however, purchase additional attachments for some weapons, such as the Scope for the Rifle, although I wouldn't recommend you purchase them as they take up precious space in your suitcase, and you could spend the money more wisely for things like upgrading weapons and buying newer and better weapons.
