Question for Pokemon Colosseum

Whats the trick to purifying pokemon. My pokemon have all the darkness down but theyre not purified what do I do? Thanks.

You take them to agate villige and "talk" to the shrine of the celibi it'll say that you have a pokemon that wants to open its heart you select it then there will be a cut scene.

First you need to get the Relic Stone from the girls grandmother then you will be able to purify your pokemon.

Also:
There are 3 time flutes you can use to summon Celebi to quickly purify a pokemon.
Hint:
Use them wisley.Dont use one on say Heracross. Wait till you snag Tyranitar or Metagross.
