Question for Pokemon Colosseum

How do I catch Skarmory? I keep using ultra balls and it keeps coming out on the first shake! It was on red health! Olease help me!

I caught skarmory with a master ball I didn't know i can catch a metagross and a tyranitar.

I kept on useing ultra balls and I still comes out!

Maybe if you can make that whole battle with team sangan guy, make it alot of turns so the timer ball can be stronger so you can catch skarmorny.

So I found a skarmory and managed to get it down to pretty low red health. I kept throwing great balls and ultra balls but then I decided to just throw pokeballs until I decided to throw a timer ball. But after a few pokeballs, it actually got caught by one. Who knew?

So I used a fomantis. False swipe, and a bunch of ultra balls. Finally got him after using a timer ball. This one was kind of a pain lol!
