Question for Pokemon Colosseum

How do you snag metagross from nascour I don't want to use the master ball I'm saving it for the mayor's tyranitar.

AND....I've tried holding the b button down and moving the analog, but he brakes free on the first shake, he was on red health!

Somebody help me!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh yeah, there are 48 shadows!

Stuning, freezing, and puting it to sleep, should make it easier to catch.

When you throw the ultra ball tap the 'A' button as quick as you can you should catch it after a few trys

First off, don't use the analog stick because you may put it diagonal by mistake so use the original controler pad.

Second use Ultra balls and Great balls. Don't even think about using pokeballs until you run out off g balls or u balls. Also stunning, freezing, and putting him to sleep helps. Don't poison because it can kill metagross when u fail to capture him. Plus if you fail don't worry if you fail the first time you can fight them again and have another shot if you go back after completeing the quests you have to after you win.

You can use the master ball with the first Pokemon and the go back to the balls pocket and switch it with the second Pokemon and then you can attack please trust me
