True pokemon master answered:

Ein uses Electric Pokemon and some Water Pokemon,so the smart thing to do is Keep a Ground-Type and a Grass-Type with you when you face him,oh and keep your Pokemon in the late 40's when you face him. Hope I helped,

I forget but I am pretty sure you go to the under and talk to some people like the guy in front of kids net staition. and he tells you to go to the tower(the construction site is finished and is a tower. there you face all the admins again
