Question for Pokemon Colosseum

Is there a L-disk for the UFO, and if there is can you tell me how to get it and how to get the D-disk for the UFO.

I'm stuck and I need the disks!!!!!

Yes, there is a L-disk for the ufo. Two get it u need two beat Gonzap and catch his shadow pkmn (in the snagnem hideout).

You will find the D-disk at the large table.

Go two the under use the D-disk u will go down there will be some metal teeth, now go up use your F-disk talk two the old man near the herb shop.

Give him the metal teeth and he will give u the L-disk.
