In Pokemon Colesseum, how do I get or unlock Groudon and Kyogre the red and blue Legendary pokemons.

You cant. But you can trade them to colluseum from ruby, saffire, or emerald. Just go to the Pokemon center in phenix city. Then go down the stairs. There is a blue thing by a person and talk to her. BUT REMEMBER YOU HAVE TO BEAT THE MAYOR TO DO THIS!

You have to trade with ruby, and sapphire.

You cant.you have to be able to trade and trade it from ruby/sapphire.
