Yes, yes you do have too. But why would you not want to battle them again? They both give good exp. For your PKMN. And if you have a gamcube link cable use it with a gameboy advanced with Pokemon sappire or ruby on it to trade PKMN to colosseum to train because PKMN colosseum is a good way to train PKMN easy. ( e.i. I got my Rayquaza from lv 75 to 90 in a few days)
