We'll your suppose to use it to get Pokemon that are hard to catch. I used mine on I think that one Bosses Tryantitar. And caught that Pokemon with mine, but see I transferred Master Balls over from my GBA game, so it really helped me and let me catch what I wanted. Use it on whatever you think you want to use it on.
