Which Pokemon? Some you may go and battle again, but some you can't.
No. If you caught bayleef first instead of quilava and crocanaw in phenac city you could go back and catch those two but I forgot where. Same with quilava and crocanaw
All Pokemon can be caught again if you have missed them.
