Mirror mode is a mode where all of the tracks are flipped. All lefts turn in to rights and rights to lefts. The tracks are quite challenging if you play them right after playing the normal tracks. You can access it at the difficulty menu (50cc,100cc,150cc,mirror mode).

Mirror mode is when ever turn is opposite. Like in 150cc say it's a left turn at one point. But in mirror if you go one that same turn you will have to go right not left.

Mirror Mode allows you to race the Tracks as if they have been Mirrored (not reversed)...
Right turns will be left turns and left turns will be right turns...
Get 1st Place in the All-Cup Tour on 150cc to unlock Mirror Mode...
When you select 50cc, 100cc or 150cc, it'll be found after that...

By the way, it's not only what they said but the wordings are backwards too. So on Yoshi's island the banners say ihsoY!
