Is There another area called clo-clo 6-4. In mario kart game cube?.

I´m asking this 'coz I was in a chatroom and a guy asked us if we have this one.
He said we can get it playin with wario and mario the star cup and then with the same characters the special cup. Other guy said, it´s in the mirror mode, with a characters, a kart and a camp....

Is this true? Or they were talking bull.
