It's in the section with the 50cc, 100cc and 150cc. Put it on mirror mode and then pick a level.

To use mario mode when picking from 50cc and 100cc and 150cc go to left one more time and it should be there. So in other words it's with the speeds.

Its like this;
50CC,100CC,150CC,Mirror. Click Mirror.
You need to have beaten 1`50CC though.
