Help!!!!
I am stuck at the carpe retractum spell book challenge. I am the part where hermione has to walk across the frozen water and press the switch to let harry and ron in. Then I have no idea what to do. I tried going down the corridor where there is a doxy and an two antidotes, when I reach the end door, i cannot open it. The A button lists "try" not "open". I also cannot bring ron over to try and open it, he doesn't walk on the ice.
What do I do? Please help!!

You have to cast flipendo at a doxy many times to defeat it.
When you beat them, use the antidote to unpoison yourself, and if you have the polyjuice potion, use it to reheal yourself.
The door should be able to open, leading to a new area.
Own the Doxy(ies) with Flipendos, then the door will be open.
You can do it.
