I am new at this game so I have a couple of questions what is the best thing for Ike to turn into? What is the best thing to turn Mia into? What is exp cheat because I need to know.

Both Ike and Mia change into a single class, so you don't have a choice on that. And secondly, people call it the exp CHEAT, but of course it's not a cheat. All it is is that people think that bonus exp at the base is a cheat(you can give your people free exp that you earned at and after ch. 8)
