Fire Emblem doesn't really need any cheats.
As for more money, you can sell any items and weapons you don't want to use. Master Seals are useless and you can get some good cash from selling them. Any coloured Gem items are good for nothing but selling.

Sell any weapons that you don't use, and no cheats because they are not needed. Also don't sell any master seals because you can use them to change the class of some charecters.
