You find the cerberus fang from the dog like creatures at Goblin Wall (I forget what year/or later you find them srry)

You can find the Cerberus Fang from the Cerberus(dog creature with two sets of jaws in game, and the three-headed dog in Harry Potter) in Goblin's Wall during 2nd Cycle/Year and Cycle/Year 3, but after that it is only located at Renbena Te Ra but it is there for every other cycle.
