Question for Crash Bandicoot: The Wrath of Cortex

Im at this level(10 I think) were you have destroy 6 big boats but I don't have know how to shoot them I don't have anny of those apples? Can you please help me!

1. You hold down the square button I think and a torpedo will shoot what ever your targeting.

2. Those apples are Whompahs that give you a life when you get 100
