What are all the packs I can get and how do I get them? I'm desperate!

There are 33 packs in total. This is a complete list of all of them and how to get them.

These are the packs that are already in the game when you start.

Dark Magician Pack
Mystical Elf Pack
Red Eyes B. Dragon Pack
Harpie Lady Pack
Gate Gaurdian Pack
Great Moth Pack
Launcher Spider Pack
Black luster Soldier Pack

These are the others:

Blue-Eyes White Dragon Pack: Obtain the Blue-Eyes White Dargon card (from Dark Magician, Blue Millenium Puzzle, or Special Ghoul packs).

Exodia the Forbidden One Pack: Obtain Exodia the Forbidden One card (from Blue Millenium Puzzle, or the Special Ghoul packs).

Barrel Dragon: Obtain the Barrel Dragon card (from Launcher Spider, Blue Millenium Puzzle, or the Special Ghoul pack).

Black Skull Dragon: Obatin Red-Eyes Black Dragon pack (from Exodia the Forbidden One, Blue Millenium Puzzle, or Special Ghoul packs).

Red Millenium Puzzle Pack: On every fourth Sunday of each month, defeat someone and this will appear, just for that day.

Pink Millenium Eye Pack: Get 500 cards in your trunk.

Green Millenium Eye Pack: Get 1000 cards in your trunk.

Blue Millenium Puzzle Pack: Get 541 DIFFERENT cards in your trunk.

Relinquished Pack: Get 5000 Duelling Points.

Blue-Eyes Toon Dragon Pack: Get 10,000 Duelling Points.

Buster Blader Pack: Get 20,000 Duelling Points.

The Legendary Fisherman Pack: Get 30,000 Duelling points.

Graceful Charity Pack: Win 3 duels in a row. Disappears if you lose.

Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon Pack: Beat the Championship Duel.

Yellow Millenium Eye Pack: Beat both Targets of Target Week. Only available for 1 day. (This pack has every card in the game).

Dark Magician Girl Pack: Beat the Championship Duel 10 times.

The Masked Beast Pack: Beat the Challenge Match, KC Cup, and Championship Match.

Destiny Board Pack: Beat every Duellist 10 times each.

Japanese Red-Eyes Black Dragon Pack: Get all the Booster Packs listed above.

These are packs that will automatically be given to you when you do certain things:

Duelist Weekly: Every Monday the Duelist Weekly Magazine comes out, along with 5 cards.

Saturday Commemorative Pack: Given to you when you beat the Championship Duel.

Special Ghoul Pack: Given to you after you beat a Ghoul/Rare Hunter when the duel you unexpectadely.

Challenge Cup Tournament Pack: Given to you when you beat the Challenge Match.

KC Tournament Pack: Given to you when you beat the KC Cup.

Limitation Tournament Pack: Given to you when you beat a Limited Tournament*.

* When you beat a Limited Tournament for the first time, you will get all the cards of the kind in which you just duelled in for the Tournament, that you haven't got.

For example, if you beat the Warrior/Beast-Warrior Limited Tournament, you will get all the Warrior and Beast-Warrior monsters that you haven't got already, put in your trunk.

When you defeat all the Tournaments, you will that you have all the cards, plus the Gate Guardian and all of it's pieces.

You may then choose to duel free-for-all, so there is no limit to the amount of cards that you put in your deck that have the same name. So instead of having 1 Jinzo in your deck for example, you can have

3. If you choose to do a Limited Tournament again, you won't get all of teh cards of that type again. Just the first time you dothe Tournament.
