Plz help with VBA

Plz help me .. I've downloaded VMA ... But it's not working ...i need some file to play Pokemon Sapphire ??? Where can I get it ??and where are cheats for VBA ?

If you downloaded VBA{Visual Boy Advance}then if you want to play sapphire version then it's easy just download the sapphire version the open the visual boy advance so that you can play but it isn't over yet press on the press File and a menu will appear choose {Open... Ctrl+O}another menu will appear choose the folder sapphire is in then use the sapphire version so you could play and by the way you can make another folder and save this game and copy it there and leave it alone if you want to be at this point and play the game in another folder it won't be saved on the first one because they are in different folders.

No one is supposed to write no one will answer you because I know answered the question so please don't write this thing again.
