Deoxys can be obtained through Fire Red or Leaf Green. After those games are released, Nintendo will put an Aurora Ticket into circulation. The Aurora Ticket is scanned through the E-Reader, like the Eon Ticket, and that allows you to receive the ticket that you need to book passage aboard the ferry to the ninth island. On the island, you will find a black triangle. Jostle it a bit until it turns cherry red, and it will turn into a level 30 Deoxys.
Get it with AR if you wanna. And if that moon trick's real do it.
Other than that, just wait til Pokemon Leaf Green and Red Fire come out so if you can get him on that island without cheating.
Well I've heard that some kid found it in the water in the safari zone.(it's probely a lie!!!)
