Is it true that when the number of rockets went to space reaches 100 you get to go up to space and catch deoxys?

I don't know from experience but I think it's like the latias latios story depending wether you have ruby or sapphire also action replay codes are very usefull and if your thinking of breeding them to make jiroxy it's not real so don't try also I think it goes like this: jirachi is on sapphire and deoxys is on ruby also doexys has like 100 health on level 100 but has amazing speed and attack jirachi has amazing attack defense and speed but is much smaller also they take a very long time to catch
