Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Explain in detail from Pacifidlog town and what house to surf off to get to sky pillar(eg start from the house nearest the poke centre go up 1 right 3 blah blah blah)

When you enter Pacifidlog town you enter from the right side isn't that right?you are now at the Poke center go to a house where a man says to you about the regis and that he heard it when he was young get out of the house and go to the left were you came from PACIFIDLOG TOWN keep swimming to the left till you find a swimmer{Girl} and her brother{small brother}go up where a rock path is you find the Sky Pillar but you have to go with a Mach bike.Between Sootopolis Town and Pacifidlog Town.You will find Rayquaza lvl 70.
