I have a couble of questions

#1. What is the easiest way to catch a Feebas?

#2 what is the best team to battle in the battle tower?

#3 is there any way to get azurill without a sea incense?

1-go to the water near the weather place. Use a super-rod( can't use old or good)
2-silver thing-misdrevius,hitmontop, & Kyogre
gold thing- misdrevius,hitmonchan, & onix
