You can catch one by super roding at route 102, 117, and Petalburg City.
If you want a corphish, then go to mauville city. Next head to your left go to where the breeders are. Then use super rod in the water and voila! Corphish.
It may take a couple of trys
You must first beat the game then use super rod in route 102, 117, and petalburg city.
