1. Capture a Relicanth and a Wailord. Relicanth is in the patches of seaweed on Routes 124 and 126, and Wailord can be acquired by fishing with a Super Rod on Route 129 or by evolving Wailmer at level 40. Put them into your party, Relicanth the leader, Wailord in last position.

2. Go to Pacifidlog Town and use Surf to go west to Route 134. Keep to the bottom of the screen as far down as you can go until you hit Route 134, and just go straight. You'll end up at a dive spot. Use Dive to go down and continue to the south until you find a white mound. At one area on the mound, there will be a Braille inscription. Go directly in front of that inscription and resurface. You should be in the Sealed Chamber.

3. Go to the back of the first chamber and have a Pokémon use Dig in front of the inscription. Enter the next chamber and ensure that Relicanth and Wailord are in their appropriate positions. Then, read the inscription at back and a tremor will occur. After that, get out of the Sealed Chamber.

4. Do the following in any order:
a. Regirock is on Route 111, in the Desert. Go to the south past the Ruin Maniac until you find a monolith. Go in, read the inscription, and then walk two paces right and another two down. Then, have a Pokémon use Strength. The wall should open. Regirock is in the next chamber.
b. Regice is in the Island Cave off Route 105. Go to Dewford Town and go up Route 105 until you see a large sandbar with vegetation. Veer left and go past the Ruin Maniac and the Swimmer to the monolith. Go in and read the inscription, and then press any button to close out and do absolutely nothing else for two minutes. Acter that, the wall should crumble.
c. Registeel is off Route 120. Go to Lilycove City and go west through Route 121. When you cross onto Route 120, go towards the west and ascend the steps to the pond. Keep going up through the grass and you should see another monolith. Go in, walk to the centre of the room, and have a Pokémon use Fly. The wall should open.
