I think that Moon Stone's can be found from the Pokeomon Lunatone,use Theif or Covet on a Lunatone and you will get a moon stone.
Same goes goes for Solrock and sun stone.
Solrock and Lunatone can be found at Meteor Falls.

First go to meteor falls. Then look around metoer falls. Don't go to the part where you have to use surf to get to the other side okay.
The moon stone should be up a pair of stairs.

A moon stone can be found in Meteor Falls, and duplicates can be stolen from wild lunatone.
