After completing the pokemon league and you end up back at your house.
 
 There is a report on the televison saying about a mysterious pokemon flying about.
 
 Where can I find this pokemon.

The PokÃ©mon you're looking for in this case is Latias. Like the Dogs in Gold, Silver, and Crystal, the game decides at random where you will find Latias. What's more, it will flee when it gets the chance, just like the Dogs! Your best bet is to save the Master Ball for the event.

The flying Pokemon that is on the t.v. is Latias. To find it you must search anywhere from Mauville City to Mossdeep City to Route 134, and it is mainly on land.

I suggest(if you haven't already used it) you use your Master Ball to catch it, otherwise you'll need a level 40 - 50 Wobbofet or a Golbat that knows "Mean Look" to capture it.

The Pokemon the TV is talking about is Latias. Latias is in random places, on sea and land. When you go to a different town or route, or go in a house or building, it changes it's location. You can use a Master Ball, but try using a Premier Ball so you don't have to use your Master Ball. A Premier Ball usually works on Legendary Pokemon, but if it doesn't work on Latias you'll need to use a Master Ball.
