Where can I find a skitty, and also wheres the best spot to find a... Feebas? I don't remember the name, but it evolves into milotic. Oh, and another question... Anyone have any idea what the space station thing at mosdeep is for? A few of my friends said when it gets to a certain number of successful launches you get to take a space trip and try to catch deoxis or something.

SKITTY and FEEBAS??? Dunno... And about the Space station in mossdeep it is all true.....
1) Skitty can be found by the route right next to Rustboro.
2) Feebas is found on Route 119, but you need to fish for it while surfing on the water. The tile in which you need to fish in is random.
3) The countdown is pointless, as the rumor too.
