Ok look I'm a kind of a noob because I'm only at lilycove city and I want to catch a pickachu in the safari zone and evolve it into a raichu, but I need a pokeblock case and I think pokeblocks to get into the safari zone. Where can I find a pokeblock case? And where do I get a thunder stone?

A small girl in one of the poke contests halls gives it to you ( I can't remeber which one...) and thunder stones are found when you trade yellow shard with the hunter, just to the right of mossdeep city. You get the shards, by using the HM dive in the dark areas in the ocean. You can find find yellow, blue, green and red shards. All these can be traded with the hunter, for the corresponding stones.
In saleport city a little girl will give you a pokeblock case in the contest hall.
Thunderstone is found in new Mawlvi (Spell)
