Question for Pokemon Sapphire

How do you get a Water Stone?

Is Waterfall really a move? Does a Pokemon learn it, or is it a TM or HM? If so, where do you get it from? If a Pokemon can learn it, what Pokemon is best suited for it?

1. To get a water stone, you need to find a blue shard. You need to find a guy who want's it. He'll trade you a water stone for your shard.

2. Yes.

3. It's HM07. It's found in the Cave of Origin, in Sootopolis City.

4. Some pokemon such as Goldeen and Seaking can learn it. Personally, I don't think it's a good move.

Water stones can be obtained in two ways:

1. Pick them up from the ground (very few can be found like this)

2. Trade the Diving Treasure Hunter blue shards for them. Blue shards are scattered throughout the ocean and can also be stolen from clamperl.
Waterfall is an HM found in the Cave Of Origin and can be learned naturally by goldeen and seaking. The pokemon best suited for learning it is generally one of the pokemon who you do not battle with, since it is not a very powerful move.
